TMC has provided Department of Energy (DOE) National Lab customers with a full spectrum of logistical support services, including:
- Interpreters and translators
- Local transportation and travel support, including coordination of logistics between multiple international parties
- Air and rail tickets
- Local lodging arrangements and per diem for local national travelers
- The organization of events and major conferences, including the rental of halls, reception support, specialized interpretation and audio-visual conference equipment, and coordination of lunches, snacks, and banquets
- Shipping, customs clearance, and the delivery of materials and equipment
- On-site support coordination
- Local procurements and transfer of custody of equipment.
TMC has organized support for high-profile DOE events and supported the travel of hundreds of foreign specialists to attend conferences and training in widely dispersed locations throughout the world
