TMC managed the provision of in-country staffing, logistics, training support, and other professional services and oversaw renovation and construction of Biological Safety Level 2 (BSL-2) and Biological Safety Level 3 (BSL-3) capable laboratories. TMC recruited, screened, and hired more than 140 local national (LN) employees who served as dedicated full-time local staff. These staff members were specialists in environmental and structural engineering, warehousing and logistics, industrial hygiene and safety, biological sciences, and other administrative and linguistic disciplines. Our performance under this contract has consistently been deemed as excellent, demonstrating our ability to set up and sustain large-scale operations in challenging locales in addition to our capacity to ensure rapid response to an unlimited range of task support requirements.
Since 2010, TMC has supported multiple CNTPO Prime Contractors by providing cradle-to-grave task order solutions worldwide. To date, TMC has successfully won and managed 12 task orders, ranging from large, multi-country vehicle and equipment procurements, to locally designed and constructed buildings, purpose-built to support the CNT mission overseas. TMC procured vehicles for multiple agencies that support ongoing CN training and operations efforts in the Republics of Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
Currently TMC is heading a construction project in Kazakhstan which will deliver a fully furnished and fully functional fixed facility for the Committee on Combating Drug Business (CCD) and law enforcement units in the Taraz District of Kazakhstan where they will teach illicit activity identification, arrest procedures, marksmanship, and conduct other tactical training. This facility will also provide work space and lodging for 50 Counter-narcotic operatives conducting drug interdiction and counter-trafficking operations in support of the USCENTCOM Theater Campaign Plan/Counterinsurgency Strategy.
