Since 2003, TMC has provided international training support services under the Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s (DTRA) On-Site Inspection Directorate’s International Counter-proliferation Program (ICP). The ICP contract was created with the goal of preventing the movement of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) across borders. Through the program, TMC has provided support to international participants in more than 30 countries, engaging border officials and national security personnel in charge of WMD incident response. The DTRA ICP program was recently recompeted under the DTRA J3/7 CBRNE Support Services contract, and TMC will continue its international support.
